1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using LiquidShield.io ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
   
   
   

2. Services Provided
   Liquid Shield provides SaaS-based tools and services for businesses to manage online payments, customer onboarding, merchant account facilitation, and digital product management. Liquid Shield is not a direct payment processor or bank.
   
   
   

3. Eligibility and Merchant Requirements
   By signing up, you affirm that:

   • You are at least 18 years of age

   • You have the authority to bind your business legally.

   • You agree to undergo any necessary KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures.
     
     
     

4. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
   
   
   

5. Compliance with Laws
   You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those relating to:

   • Anti-money laundering (AML)

   • Know Your Customer (KYC) policies

   • Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS)
     
     
     

6. Prohibited Activities
   You may not use the Platform for activities that include, but are not limited to:

   • Illegal products or services

   • Fraudulent transactions

   • High-risk businesses not approved by Liquid Shield or its banking partners

   • Pornography, online gambling, or controlled substances without proper licensing
     
     
     

7. Liquid Shield reserves the right to terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities at its sole discretion.
   
   
   

8. Merchant Responsibilities
   Merchants are responsible for:

   • Maintaining accurate business information

   • Ensuring product or service descriptions are truthful

   • Honoring all customer service, refund, and chargeback obligations
     
     
     

9. Flow of Funds
   Payment settlements are facilitated through partnered payment processors. Funds may be held, delayed, or subject to additional review at the discretion of the acquiring banks or Liquid Shield partners.
   
   
   

10. Fees and Billing
    Merchants agree to pay all applicable SaaS platform fees, processing fees, and any other charges incurred through use of the Platform. Fees are deducted automatically from settlement batches or billed monthly as applicable.
    
    
    

11. Limitation of Liability
    Liquid Shield is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising from the use of the Platform or merchant processing activities.
    
    
    

12. Amendments to Terms
    Liquid Shield reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
    
    
    

13. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, failure to maintain compliance, or other reasons necessary to protect the integrity of our platform and partners.
